He's often up in one of the hospitality boxes

Moriarty was in a box at the Taff end. He might just as well have been down the Gower!

To be blunt the display was dire. I know a few players do not like the reference "Rags" as they feel it undermines their status. WELL on today's display about 20 of them can only aspire to be called RAGS.The were not even up to second team standards.

The selections were baffling true. The lack of guts, bottle, dog and pride was bad enough. The lack of basic skill levels wes bewildering.

The defence of the title is over.

The defence of the title is over

We are still FOURTH in the table, todays result, if you can call being nilled by the Wanderers a result, hasn't actually made much of a material difference to us.

Provided we put this down to experience and work on correcting what went wrong, the situation is recoverable.

Sadly Al this result has been coming for while. Some of the displays this season have been very poor (Llandovery home for example). There is little evidence of the head coach being worth it and it filters down.

Basically haven,t been to much rugby in last few years but am still in touch.

As you probably all know I belong to both clubs.

Now Wands have several excellent players and some of their loses this year have been to weaker teams being underestimated by the players. Some due to players having other age group and 7s commitments. This effects a team with a smaller squad and limited resourses.

However, wanting to beat Cardiff is always going to concentrate their minds. Added to this is many of the players look on this as their opportunity to get noticed for Cardiff Blues contracts etc. by putting one over on their individual rivals. This will always make them dangerous but the good news is many of them have come through the Wands system and are local lads.

Still supporting Cardiff RFC, Glamorgan Wanderers and Caerau(Ely)  in that order. Also haven't given up on Cardiff Blues either.

Hope the after match was sociable and I wish I could have been there.

Jim the mood is the club was angry with the shower Cardiff put out and the coaching / selection. The reaction between fans of both clubs was very good when Iwas in the club.

Does any one know if Moriarty bothered to come into the clubhouse after the game? We had to leave the clubhise after a pint due t ofamily commitments so would not have expected to see him by then.

Moriarty hadn't appeared when I left at 5, which may have been a good thing seeing that most people would more than a little angry with the performance.

Out of the squad listed in the programme 24 of the 36 were at the club last season and part of a championship winning side, all of a sudden they are now a shadow of their former selves, is this due to the fact that last season we had a coach who motivated them whereas this season we appear to have a coach who is not up to the job. A friend of mine has asked why did the Scarlets let him go, on the evidence of what we have seen so far we may have the answer.

It may appear to be a panic measure but surely now thoughts must be given to a change at the top

How do you expect Moriarty to come in the Clubhouse when he hides in the Taff end hospitaility box.

Well he did sit in the stand once, to my knowledge.

His lack of understanding of the Laws was frightening. Maybe that's why he now hides away?

He joined Moseley at the beginning on this season.

Accordinging to an article in the Birmingham Mail he is now on loan to Gloucester.

MOSELEY scrum-half Andy Williams has agreed a month-long loan deal with Premiership outfit Gloucester.

The Wales international has been training at Kingsholm for most of the season and joined Bryan Redpath’s squad until January 15.

During that time he hopes to see enough first-team action to earn himself a contract for next season, although after it he will return to Billesley Common to complete Mose’s Championship campaign.

Coming in the other direction is Jordi Pasqualin, the academy half-back who spent most of last term in Red and Black and who will go straight into the squad for tomorrow’s clash with Doncaster.

Williams joined Moseley in the summer following a back injury that ended his time at Newport-Gwent Dragons.
