Any truth in the stories that CRFC ltd, the company in which the major shareholder is CAC, was late paying the ground rent to CAC?

On the one hand I am surprised the limited company paid it at all bearing in mind their allegedly precarious financial position, on the other hand, maybe nobody is doing anything because they were just glad it got paid eventually
