It is strange though, don't you think Steve, that the same thing occurred on two seperate websites. Maybe they are linked in some way I don't know, but if there was nothing untoward going on they could have very easily stopped the rumour mill turning by promptly replying to the emails sent to them by concerned supporters. By not doing so just helped fan the flames.
Looks to be almost back to normal now, so maybe there was nothing in it or the mutterings of a few and the emails sent, changed their course of action. Who knows?
Stevec: Chaps, do you think perhaps you're in danger of attributing too much importance to a website cock up? Bear in mind that the Cardiff Blues website removed Sam warburton from the squad page, replaced him briefly with Roger Warren from five years ago, and have still to put him back. They're a bit prone to boo boos. Which is obviously worth pointing out because it looks amateurish but it doesn't neccesarily point to a deeper conspiracy. The problem being that if you're seen to make a big deal out of things which are actually down to accident not machiavellian design, it can perhaps discredit the other strong, valid points you're making about the way the business is being run.

Two websites making the same "accidental" deletion? Come on. Where was the harm in EITHER organisation contacting people who emaile them to explain / thank them for bringing the matter to their attention?
If it looks like a duck and quaks like a duck....... It aint no emu!
Hands OFF
All The Time Ref: Two websites making the same "accidental" deletion?
Both websites are delivered by the same company - sotic. Look at the bottom of the home page of each site. I'm not saying they do but it could well behind the scenes they use a common fixtures/results database. If they do, then once the database is updated both sites are updated.
Whatever reason is given one FACT remains, wherever CAP appeared as the venue, it was incorrectly substituted by TBA.
Please notice that it was only CAP that was substituted so somebody somewhere made a conscious decision to replace CAP with TBA, all away venues were left in place and home matches that took place in the Millennium Stadium were left alone, so only the home games at CAP were tampered with. I fully accept that Sotic the service provider have various website fixtures linked together, that's just common sense, but where did the instruction to amend to TBA come from and why was it taken, that still hasn't been accounted for.
Also there are still a lot of matches where CAP has been substituted by TBA and have still not been corrected.
Following Cardiff RFC all over from sunny Bournemouth in Blue and Black
