Following Cardiff RFC all over from sunny Bournemouth in Blue and Black
Was on duty to day. Why did I go for that curry instead of training? How did the boys do. It looks a bit close for comfort.

We run the ball 1st half and played some good rugby which led to an 18-06 HT lead. 2nd half we kicked the ball and Cross Keys out played us, we hung on to scrape a win.
The 1st half was memorable for the best (or worst) punch I have ever seen on a rugby field. The Cross Keys centre had an "disagreement" with Darren Ryan who threw a punch which Tyson would be proud of, it landed squarely on the chin and felled the player. A straight red and a lengthy ban should have followed but the ref pulled out a yellow and only gave him 10 mins
